After having a breakdown in a Gender Studies class, Mercy Munroe’s life changed forever. She now spends her days as a waitress in a chip shop in Offaly who has an unhealthy obsession with revenge and her ex-girlfriend. Until one day unexpectedly her two old best friends who abandoned her walk into her chip shop and order a fish supper. Clutching a piece of battered haddock tightly in one hand and a salt shaker in the other, Mercy Munroe vows there and then that the time is right to try and
take her life back.
Piglet is a story of obsession, violence, fish and chips, Jennifer Coolidge impressions, lost love and what it’s like to lose the life you’ve always dreamt of.
