The fantastic Downtown Sounds are celebrating their reaching double figures next month. The first part of the celebrations takes place on February 25th in Odessa, featuring resident DJs Pablo, Jimmy B, Benway, Louche and Matagouri and a raft of DTS classics -not to mention birthday cake, booze giveaways, free mix CD’s, disco balloons and a messy after-party! The celebrations are wrapped up by a set on March 5th by the man himself, Maurice Fulton and to celebrate this Downtown Sounds have kindly provided Totally Dublin with a sweet funk and soul inspired Maurice Fulton live mix set from 2005 featuring Fela Kuti, Alicia Myers and a few heavily Wonder-inspired disco belters.
