Join us as we hear from a panel of great speakers who’ll be sharing some cracking tips on health, nutrition and fitness.

We’ll also be welcoming some special guests who’ll be advising on how you can get the most out of exercises, therapies and outdoor activities.

Mingle and enjoy some some great music from Jess Kav and a complimentary selection of delicious, healthy snacks, based on the smart, creative menu developed for Wigwam by Brazilian Chef Pedro Ferraz.
