A joint presentation from the good folks at Happenings (gigs in parks) and the equally good folk at Homebeat (gigs in gaffs), Another Love Song is bolding, underling and italicising the word “boutique” the description boutique festival, with just 400 able to attend. As much as this event is about a soundtrack from Laser Tom, Little Xs For Eyes, Donal Dineen, Buffalo Woman and many more, it’s also about “heartfelt songs carefully picked by handsome men in the middle of the forest… smoking under the wan light of the moon with a stranger… stealing a kiss under the impossible weight of a hundred year old Oak tree in the garden.” There’s camping and glamping (four poster-bed glamping at that) to be had or you can stay nearby.
